Boot on USB freeze flash drive

Restart computer on Windows not detect usb drive,
after power off/on detect again.

Yes  of course, I boot the usb drive on  pc Lenovo.

I have the same problem, but i see the screen of plop freeze not a black screen. What does that mean?
