Hi! Thank you Elmar for your hard work could you please help me in getting it to work?

I am working with an elderly IBM Thinkpad A30 laptop which has two internal USB 1.1

ports and two internal PCMCIA sockets (Ricoh RL5c476 CardBus controllers). I also have a

PCMCIA USB 2.0 card (http://www.nierle.com/it/articolo/3641/Evertech_USB_2.0_PCMCIA_Cardbus,_4_Port.html) which

has four USB 2.0 ports. Plop Boot Manager (Version 5.1.13 PCMCIA) is installed on windows 7 bootmgr it allows me to boot from a flash drive using either of the two internal USB 1.1 ports without a problem.

If NEC Based PCMCIA CARD is installed in PCMCIA socket 1 or 2 it doesn't allows me to boot from a flash drive.

it is still "not found" and "USB controller not initialized"

I've created two reports booting from a CDROM with msdos 98se and pci.exe the first one directly without plop and second one booting cdrom with PLOP Boot manager.

(It seems that plop succeed in activating PCMCIA but cannot boot from it)

Help me please

Best Regards
Tony
