Which PCMCIA USB 2.0 cards does 100% work with Plop (list)?

I have two different ones and they were both not recognized. I´d like to buy a new "inside hide" one like this:

Hope someone can give a hint :)

hi,

whats the debug output? hold the ctrl key when the boot manger starts

maybe it has nothing to do with the cards, do you have another laptop to test your cards?

When starting "USB" the following is shown (when do i have to press ctrl-key exactly?):

Loading EHCI Driver
Searching on Hosts
Driver removed
Loading UHCI Driver
Searching on Hosts
Host1
Port 2: Device Connected
No HD
Driver removed
Loading OHCI Driver
Searching on Hosts
Driver removed
BOOT ERROR
No Boot Device Found, Please Retry It

I can see Plop Bootmanager 5.0.13 20110809 PCMCIA under "About" so install should be right.
Hardware is Sony Vaio PCG-C1VFK with tried two Noname-Cardbus USB 2.0-4-Port cards
Unfortunately this is my only netbook...

press the ctrl key during the boot manager start. when you see the menu, then you pressed too late.

Sry, this doesn´t work because this key is used for showing Bios-Post on Vaio. I tried out several combinations (F1 to continue and shortest as possible ctrl-press after that or permanent hold down ctrl-key etc.

Which working cardbus-usb-cards do you have exactly?

i think the problem has to do with the init of the pccard system on your laptop and to use the same card like me will not change anything.
however i can be wrong, my card is the PCMCIA Controller DELOCK 4x USB

I´m using a Sony Vaio PCG-C1VFK. Maybe thats the problem (Hardware issue)
It would have been nice to use your great "Tool" for having more options...

Thx so far
