How to load a VHD Boot image through USB stick?

Hi,
I am new to Plob Boot Manager. I want to config my USB flash stick so that my system starts via it and then boots using my Window 8.1 VHD file copied into that stick. I downloaded Plop Boot Manager and Plop VHD loader packages, but I do not know how to use them to solve my problem. I DO NOT want to use any CD or DVD in my solution; a simple USB flash drive is my only device.
