Title: Keyboard input impossible after Boot
Post by: lautrerable on March 25, 2011, 16:49:12 PM
Hi,

1st time user. Installed BootMgr 5.0.11-2 on Win XP C: drive.
At boot I cannot select any option from the menu since everything freezes as soon as I touch a single keyboard key.
(If this may help, I have exactly the same issue when I boot from my recently downloaded (and checksum verified) SystemRescueCD.)

Thanks,

hello,
QuoteAt boot I cannot select any option from the menu
did you enable 'usb legacy support' (or similar) in bios?
Normally is this the most reason for a not working keyboard at boot time (whithout a running system).

But whether
Quoteeverything freezes as soon as I touch a single keyboard key.
this is done by not enabling this option in bios, I don`t know.
I hope, this is useful for you.
regards

Problem solved by installing the previous version.
