work plop boot manager with an arm processor?

no, only with i386 compatible processors.

to boot linux you can compile plopKexec for arm

I will use it for booting a usb drive on a pc that doesn't boot from usb.

yes, but
you have to compile it on an arm system or you have installed a cross compile system for the arm architecture
you have to set the linux kernel config to arm

I compile it on an arm pc but I can not choice for a broadcom BCM2835 proccesor. Can I use the option for a BCM11107?
