I had a computer with
usb ports but no usb-boot option
not a working cddrive
I've used VirtualBox , took out the hdd , connected the hd to my main pc as usb external, load the usb drive to virtualbox , mount the install iso of plpbt , complete the installation and then swap the drives again.
