Title: Windows Start Menu: error loading, missing plpbt.bin

After unzipping plpbt-5.0.15 and using the windows file InstallToMBR, I recieve in de Windows startmenu an error message: error loading cannot find plpbt.bin.

Please help. I am using win 7 on a lenovo Y580.
