Title: Can't see the screen with sony bravia KDL32U2000
Post by: cpcbegin on August 17, 2009, 22:19:58 PM
My monitor is a LCD TV Set, it can't support text and some graphics mode with few colours.

I have no problem with linux console beause I boot using vga=788, but it doesn't work with PLoP, is there any solution? I'm trying to boot using the grub of my ubuntu 8.10

hi,
1) does your screen work with the framebuffer value vga=0x303
2) do you see the grub menu?

regards

I use a bootsplash in order to see my grub menu (I can't see it in text mode).
