how can I make ChromiumOS live CD?

I dont understand this sentence

the sentence says, that you need the plop boot manager when you installed chromeos to an usb drive and your bios is not able to boot usb drives.

hi

can you tell me why can't i run Chromium OS? I am trying to run in from an USB drive. This is the screen where everything stops.
