Help with uninstall please

So i installed using the install from windows bootloader option. now i can boot from usb (what i wanted to do) but not from hdd help me uninstall or get option to boot hdd please thanx

plop just starts right up, no option to boot hdd i can only get it to boot live linux. what can i do to fix this?ll

can i fix mbr with winxp cd? will deleting plop folder from c: help? scared to do that as i dont want to loose usb boot option.

i installed mint 10. grub took over but now windows just blinks little cursor, working on that now
