User Case: booting UEFI Distro (USB3 Pendrive) from USB2 Pendrive.

Hello.
I have an old PC that has only booting in BIOS via USB2. But I have already installed PCIexpress daughter card on the motherboard that has 4 USB3 ports. It's not booting from there.
The idea is to put PLOP BOOT Manager on an old USB2 Stick and chainload the other UEFI Distro from there via USB3 Pen Drive.
How can I do that?
Thanks, Vadim.

if the computer has an old BIOS, it is unlikely to work in uefi mode...

I think, you can try different bootloaders - plop6, grub4dos, syslinux, grub2, xorboot... - maybe one of them will see the USB port of the daughter board, and you will get USB3 speed. But you can only run BIOS distro(not UEFI). IMHO
