I try to use PLoP boot Manager to boot from specific USB device which is working fine on 90% of computers. Device user gude said that device requires support of EDD 3.0  (Enhanced Disk Drive 3.0) specifications. ON machine without USB support I can start device boot loader, but after this it finish with Ehnahced Write (INT 13 func 43H) Result=3" error.

Questions:
1. Does PLoP support EDD 3.0? Which is usually required for boot from SATA and USB devices.
2. Does PLoP emulates EDD? Is it possible to disable EDD emulation?
3. Is it possible to disable any PLoP emulations and switch to "regular" EFI/BIOS support after start custom boot loader? This is question for Mac. Mac Boot camp allow to boot from PLoP CD, but after boot I had exactly the same error (INT 13H Func 43H).

Thank you for any reply.

hi,
the primary problem is, that write support is not implemented in my usb drivers. i don't know what you are booting from usb, but something tries to write to the usb drive and stops after the write failure.
