Boot from USB if available, else boot HDD. Is this possible ?

Hi,

This is what I try to achieve is this.

If no USB drive is present boot HDD.
If an USB drive is present boot USB.

The problem is that this must work without a keyboard.
So it should do it without any interaction.

Is it possible to configure Plop for this ?
