need help - how to restore original win7 mbr

hello,

i have installed plop on my notebook, first on my win7 volume, then - when my system did not boot at all anymore (black screen, white blinker) - I made an iso image and now I can at least boot via plop from cd.

I have tried to uninstall plop (via short uninstall because no option was given for the full uninstall) but to no avail. How can I completely uninstall plop and restore my original mbr?

Thanks in advance for your help. as i am not a scripting expert, please specify in detail if possible.

You can restore it with a Windows 7 install DVD:
