need help: can not boot

Any body knows how to solve my problem

recently i am reinstall windows xp, install plop and working well
after install plop then install nero, nero need reboot after reboot nothing happend just blink cursor at upper left in monitor.

then i put my 2nd harddisk as boot and my plop harddisk as slave, all partition at plop harddisk can detect and all files show.

my question how to repair my plop harddisk with all partition ? should i need to reinstall windows xp again?
