Toshiba Satellite 110CS (1996) - Black Screen on reboot, no blinking cursor

Laptop, Pentium 100 MHz, 16 MB RAM.

Installed MS-DOS 6.1, ran plopinst. Menu appeared, I could choose "Full Install" and it dit it.  =)

After installation it reboots, tests its RAM and then the screen stays black. Not even a blinking cursor.

maybe its because of the 16mb ram. try to set the text mode with the installer
