Error while building an ISO on Windows

Hello,

I am trying to follow the instructions how to build an ISO on the Windows side
(https://www.plop.at/en/ploplinux/live/livecd.html#fprot) and getting the following errors:

1) cd d:\tmp\mkisofs
   dir

3) Running plpmkiso.exe

        create a plop linux iso image

Or manually:

Any ideas what was wrong?
