Hi,

I got a Dell Latitude LS h500st laptop. It got no cd drive, no floppy drive. So, I tried to reformat the Windows 2000 to Windows XP with a USB. I can't do it regularly cuz the BIOS won't let me boot off the USB.

I keep getting stuck on the screen shown below. I was thinking about remaking the boot USB.

How did you run/install plopbootmanager if no CD or FLOPPY is available?
How would you run plopbootmanager after reformat 2000>XP?

What OS/Program are you trying to boot from the USB-device?
