I followed the instructions...
2. CD (LiveCD)
Download the current boot manager plpbt-5.0.15.zip. Extract it to get the iso file plpbt.iso.

When I extract the zip there are two iso files one in the plpbt-5.0.15 directory and one below that in the pcmcia directory.
Which one should I use. I want to create a CD to allow booting from a USB drive.

The one in the plpbt-5.0.15 directory.
