Hi,

Im trying to install lubuntu to my old laptop whitch doesnt support usb booting by default.

So by following this guide, i downloaded plop and clicked InstallToBootMenu. After booting, plop appeared to boot menu, but when I select it, it gives message something like "unable to start windows, missing or corrupted file system32/hal.dll"

If i select windows from boot menu, it starts fine.

Other question: Am I doing this right way? My concern is that if I get this to work and format all drives while installing lubuntu, does that affect to install process. I mean that formating does delete plop too, so can I still continue installing via usb even plop is deleted at the middle of process?
